How do I get free shipping?

All you have to do is create an account, then make sure you're logged in when placing your order.

Why wasn't my free shipping applied to my order automatically?

Either you didn't create your store account, or you simply forgot to login to your account before going to checkout. 

*Due to customs charges, we are unable to offer free shipping on international orders. 

What if I can't find a particular product on the website (e.g., pamphlet or poster topic)?

Contact us and let us know. We might be in the process of creating that product already. If not, we can produce it for you (certain limitations apply)!

Where do I upload my imprint information?

There will be an Imprint Upload Form on the Thank You page after you place your order. Also, there will be a link to the Imprint Upload Form in the Order Confirmation email that is sent to you, or you can Click here to access the Imprint Upload Form.
